Take a drive East to the lovely eco village of Findhorn; with a harbour, beach and small heritage centre this is a great place to spend time. On route you could stop in for some shopping at Brodies Country Fair or pick strawberry’s and browse local produce at Wester Hardmuir Fruit Farm.
Or if you want to increases your chances of seeing dolphins you could head to the viewing points at Fort George or Chanonry Point. Or you could take Dolphin spotting Cruise.
The West Beach at Nairn is a beautiful white sandy beach, where it is not uncommon to spot dolphins.
